- Will my meal plan auto renew for next semester?
Yes. For students on the Carte Blanch or Carte Blanch Premium plan, your meal plans will auto renew for the spring semester.
- Will unused meals or Declining Balance roll over?
Unused meals will not roll over from semester to semester. Declining balance dollars will roll over from the fall to spring semester. However, they will not roll over from academic year to academic year and will expire at the end of the spring semester.
- If I have already purchased a meal plan, can I change it?
You have the first two weeks of each semester to change between the Carte Blanch and Carte Blanch Premium plans.
Our Meal PlansAdd Declining Balance
Meal plans are convenient and flexible to fit your individual needs. Depending upon the plan you choose, meal plans can include meals, guest meals and declining balance dollars.
MEALS: Meals can be used at our all-you-care-to-eat residential dining hall, POP’s. Simply swipe your student ID card at the entrance and enjoy a wide variety of options, whether it’s a piece of fruit and a coffee or a full 3-course meal.
DECLINING BALANCE (DB): Each meal plan comes with a certain amount of DB dollars. DB has a dollar for dollar value, so 1 DB dollar = $1. These can be used at any of our on-campus dining locations; POP’s, Campus Center Market, WPS Starbucks and Books ‘n Beans Café. They can also be used to treat a guest.
GUEST MEALS: Our two residential plans come with 4-guest meals per semester. These can be used on your friends or family in POP’s all-you-care-to-eat dining hall.
All resident students will automatically have their meal plan activated on their ID card. However, if you receive a new ID card your meal plan may have to be activated. Please visit the Dining Office located beside the WPS Starbucks in the Campus Center or ask to see a Dining Services manager.
